Kovalev going up to cruiser? That be a good fight. He should fight the winner of Usyk vs Gassiev and try and become undisputed cruiserweight. If Usyk wins they could build that up to a huge PPV over here.

Bellew's money on his own now. As long as it's a world title fight people will buy it to see the end of the 'fairytale'. I say 'fairytale' because I don't think it actually is - I just think people badly underestimate how good Bellew is in terms of boxing intelligence.

Even in the first fight, people laughed at Bellew for not putting him away quickly after Haye's injury - the reality was Bellew tried to stop it, Haye went full on defensive, he felt himself gas, stepped off, understanding a fighter just defending is hard to knock out, controlled the fight, kept out of danger then put him away late on.

He's not necessarily a smart fella, but he's a smart boxer. It's like Rooney - he's not a rocket scientist but he is on the pitch.

For the older fans, Bellew reminds me of Tim Witherspoon who famously beat Bruno for the world title. He like Bellew didn’t have a chiselled body, but as he said judge me what I can do in the ring and not how I look. Bellew is a boxer with a big heart, credit to him on a great performance. The last 2 fights should have financially set him and his family up for life.
