horrible looking injury that.
Manky looking, didn't watch the fight, some tare on the ear, painful looking.

horrible looking injury that.
and even mungo will get found out in the coming months..Who's going to be the one that tells the Smith brothers that only Callum can box and the rest of them are an absolute show?
they've all boxed to an international standard, and made plenty of sacrifices to do so, whether they are at the absolute elite level is irrelevant, they can all most definitely box, this isn't football where you only have to be a middling prem/championship player to become a millionaire, the margins are much harder in boxing, the top table much smallerand even mungo will get found out in the coming months..
Fury got his licence to box back, make next year a bit more interesting at least.
take a while, but with the money going around at that level , I am sure he will get it off, long time to be out for will need a few warm up fights.will take him longer than a year just to lose weight and get back in shape to fight won't it ? last photo I saw of him he looked horrendously out of shape, to the point where you question whether he can ever get back to full fitness.
To be fair to Rigondeaux he is far past his prime and could probably fight at 118 pound, its hardly a suprise he had little success at 130 with a fellow double olympic gold medalist, who is not only a lot bigger but also in his prime. Rigo deserves all the stick he gets for quitting but so do the fighters who ducked him for all those years. Rigo's win over Donaire is one of the best for a decade, brilliant fighter.Yep.
But I don’t blame him in a way. Imagine thinking you’re the best in the world and getting in with someone you can’t even touch.
I like BJS as a boxer, but Lemieux has serious power. Think you're onto a winner.Saunders v Lemeuix to finish the year off, I fancy lemeuix for this, and at evens I might jump on, which pretty much guarantees a saunders win
