Unfortunately or fortunately for Joshua there is absolutely no decent heavyweights about. Wilder has atomic power, all the rest would have been utter fodder for heavy's in the 80's and 90's.

Joshua looks the part physically, but they all looked like that in the past. People like Gary Mason would be a world champ now easily.
 
Will go the boozer to watch the boxing tonight, now johnson has pulled out, probably looking forward to the yafai fight most, hopefully whyte helenius is decent, joshua will be a walkover, but it's still quite fun to watch him pummel people if the hype doesn't annoy you too much, I realise this isn't too forward thinking but I honestly couldn't care less about womens boxing. Being PPv is a joke hence the option to go the boozer, but I've seen worse cards than this that have ended up being a fun nights boxing

Totally agree about women’s boxing. Fair play to them having a go and all that equal rights bravado but it’s boring. This is the first time in a very long time I’ve not purchased a Sky Boxing PPV. I was only looking forward to Buglioni vs Johnson, Yafai vs Ishida and the rematch between Dave Allen vs Thomas. It could turn out to be a good night with people not expecting much.

Speaking of women’s boxing, is the Katie Taylor fight still for the world title? Didn’t her openent come in over weight?

Not sure if it's still a title, last headline I saw said biggest night of her life, so maybe, like yourself mate the Johnson v Buglioni fight was the one that caught my eye, I'll just have to start drinking early so it seems great watching AJ bladder someone across a ring!

Thats's the biggest difference, the guys below the big names, Holy, tyson, lewis, bowe to some extent, the guys below them had a lot of quality, ruddock, mason, bruno, golota etc

Johnson vs Buglioni would be a great fight, shame Callum got injured. Yafai vs Ishida should be a quality fight. Hard one to call but think Yafai will just edge it.

You mentioned Golota there. Totally forgot about this but was in Warsaw earlier on in the year. I was in some bar and the was a massive shrine to him holding up all the heavyweight belts, lol all I remember about Golota was losing the big fights and him quitting against Tyson.

absolute lunatic, very hard to work out what he was going to do, not a bad fighter though, but just a complete headcase
