Rigo cant get a permit, something strange going on applied for one in Moscow,then left to go to the USA,normally you have to hand your passport in when you apply for the visa.

Why was he even in Moscow? I thought he was based in Miami? Either way I wouldn't trust Frank warrens word on anything so will wait and see what Rigo has to say.

Glad I didn't get a ticket now. I was going to leave it til last minute as I thought this might happen . Nothing ever goes to plan when frank warren is involved . Not that Hearn is any better .
