Cotto next again no doubt. Wonder what the Mexican public think of him ducking GGG, there aren't many if any Mexican boxers you can call shitbags!
[Poor language removed] no.warriors to a man the mexican boxers but canelo doesn't look like your typical mexican boxer.you would wonder who is his fanbase is.is it upper/middle class or the working man.

Sky really going to town on the Bellew event.

A 5 hour Boxing show in prime time, live from Goodison.

Good attack but someone like Joshua would beat him easily IMO.
I haven't seen as much as I would like of Joshua to make a truly informed judgement, but from what I've seen, Parker at the moment lacks the experience of top level fighting.
Today was the first time he was really tested, and it comes down to whether or not he's able to learn from the experiences of tonight and continue to build on his game as he works towards a title challenge.
I'd like to see him spend a year getting some more challenging fights so as to really build and improve his game, as at the moment I'd say theres still some significant defensive and fitness weaknesses in his game.
He struggled when Takam came at him with some high intensity attacking, although did well to regroup and can certainly take a punch.

Evening gents, as members of the only decent thread in this cesspit can anyone tell me why Dave are starting at 8? Who's on the undercard worth watching? It looks like a sky sports one Saturday night card.

thoughts on Parker gents? I'm out the country so would be interested to see how his step is viewed

He's got the right attitude, good hands and a good thought process. I think he could go really far. A little bit biased for sure, but he's a better boxer than Tua was, admittedly different styles, but a far more rounded game.
