Boxing

He's had a brain bleed mate he'll never pull on gloves again but that's irrelevant his health is the key now . Fortunately there was no hypoxia so that's got to be looked at as a positive .

It's also good that the fundraising is going well & a wonderful gesture from David Haye in particular .

EDIT: reports that having awoken he's been communicating/talking to friends .
his team confirmed he did not have a brain bleed. The injury was outside the brain, on his skull, and it was minor enough for there to be no need to operate.

he'll be back in the ring soon.

I hope he's not in the ring soon . A hope he comes back but does it without rushing . The one good thing about ufc is if a bad injury happens they block the fighter from rushing back. I hope the bbboc does the same here

Can't see his family letting him let alone the BBBoC. Also I'd imagine he's been shaken by this when he realises.

Not many Antony Crolla's around who can get back in the ring after a life changing injury.

Whatever he decides to do good luck to him, if his bollocks and his heart weren't so big he'd have been out of there before any of this.

I have to say I've only seen reports of a bleed. Having suffered , albeit a minor one, myself I know the issues with it . I'm surprised given he's in an induced coma though if he hasn't suffered a bleed, trauma or swelling to the brain all of which would preclude a return to the ring . It's not like crolla who suffered damage to the skull not a brain injury , listen I hope the lad makes a full recovery and the signs are good but a full recovery and boxing again are very different things .
