Just went to locate a ticket for the game on boxing day, only to be told by the fella at the supporters club that they can't get tickets until they get 10 people interested. Surely if he tells everyone that then they won't get 10 at all...( i needed 3 anyway)

So i get my customer number, (as that is all we are these days) head to the OS, only to find the worst possible tickets available at Goodison. and i mean WORST.

not only were there a myriad assortment of classic Goodison restricted views, but there was only 2 sections of the entire stadium with 3 spare seats next to each other.

Don't get me wrong, i've gone to games with a restricted view, 4 rows away from my friends / family, and just been happy to be there and get a ticket...but Birmingham, on Boxing day? What, 3 days after the tickets go on general sale???? Almost a sellout???

what are you upto Everton??

Either way i got 3 tickets in the main stand in the end. Mainly because I like to see the game from a FIFA / PRO view to evaluate whos playing like a bad ted.

But in all fairness there was another option.....The BACK row of the Gwladys street end!!!!...such amazing brickwork and girders the old lady has...hmmm.

How do you get a customer number?

Register with the Official Site, it's free as far as i can remember.

Then whenever you buy tickets, it will prompt you for your customer number before you can pay.

It's about 6-9 digits long.

Or call dial a seat when you've got your Customer Number and do it over the phone...

England tickets are similar. They require a "FAN number" when you buy them. I think its to help track who's going to games and avoids people on banned lists gaining entry to stadiums to cause trouble, or some crap like that in our totalitarian Orwellian state.

Haha, cheers.

I'm getting no joy trying to get my number.

I'm pretty sure I just ordered some tickets one day and they gave me a Customer number and said use this when booking future tickets.

Have you tried the Official Everton Site mate? If you already have a customer number they may be able to remind you. Failing that, sign up again.

The good news is, I managed to book 3 tickets on my Customer Number with no problems. So if you know someone who knows theirs, they can book one for ya.

If no joy. Walk down Goodison road and listen out for "spares....spares..."..

If you have evertontv then you will have a customer number that you log in with, similarly with the shop I think ? if you have to log in then it will be on a personal i.d./ cust no.

3 together unrestricted will always be a problem tbh.
