Look at the teams that have come up the last decade.

Bournemouth, Brentford and Brighton in particular have put us to shame with their recruitment whilst we squandered hundreds of millions on dross.

Bournemouth even went back down and come back up a couple of seasons ago and still have a more capable team than us. We have been in survival mode for years.

Our whole training sessions are all about playing for 0-0 mate, no work on what to do in the final third
