Im up with my beautiful daughter playing with the peppa pig house. Reading the sunday rags with a big mug of tea. Going to have a full english in a moment.....

Then about 12.00 it's shower an shave, out to the pub. About 2ish it's a taxi down to the ground to watch the boys play (sitting in the upper bullins today) Then back to the pub after for more drinks...

8ish it's back home for a roast an will probably fall asleep on the couch......

got to go pick all mine up now from ellesmere in shropshire, back to her ma's in skelmerslovakia, have a bite to eat then me and middle b.o.g. are off to the match, then back to her ma's for a roast, with her mum and sisters

I've got a gig in Scarborough... Brighton to Scarborough and back again on a bank holiday sunday is about as grim a day as it gets in my opinion!

Lying out by the pool now. Gonna do some freestyle frisbee in a bit, go the gym then go and watch Everton and drink lots of rum.
Barbeque rounds off today, if we don't get beat and I'm in a mood.

I'm having a lazy morning interspersed with the occasional cuddle with my delicious wife, followed by a nice dinner prepared by my mother who lives nearby and then I'm off for a 4 hour hike in the mountains 30 miles from where I live, but I'll have my radio with me to keep up with the game (walls of granite permitting).

I got up with a cricked neck . I woke up during night and was listening to Radio 5's excellent , " Up all night " , and must've dropped off . Regretting it now .
Then , I turn on my laptop and peeps are wanting info on transfers , which , at this point , I do not have .
I will , however , be going the match and sitting in my usual seat of , G 31 , Park End .
I hope we win . Nach , but the day hasn't started exactly auspiciously , up to now , at least .

Slept in until 1000, managing to catch up on sleep after 6 weeks of not sleeping properly.

Just had a lovely cup of LavAzza Qualita Rossa with a delicious choc chip biscuit

going to 'walk' (hop) around the block for some rehab then listen to the game.

Tagliatelle ai funghi for my tea (or dinner if you're posh).
