@Raindog here`s the picks from the last race I did.

It was only 24km, although I did 16km with one shoe, as I lost the sole in a peat bog !!

You`re in a different league to me - 60km, that`s full on Ultra.

I`ve entered my first Ultra next year - 45km ( Man v Lakes )

Looks beautiful, the UK has some seriously pretty views

Maybe once. I'm base building again now, looking at 10km asphalt as a goal. Damn you, wearable body parts...
