I was in Greece last week and had Saganaki for start every time we ate out. I miss it so much when I'm not there. Covered in lemon juice of course.

This stuff. Covered in peppercorns and chilli. Sliced nice and thin. Costs about 50p per 100g or something silly.

Makes boss, dirty sandwiches and also goes well on a cheese/biscuit platter.
