Bolton Vs Everton

I agree, if we played [Poor language removed] football all match - but was leading...but as far as im concerned we were REALLY lucky getting that goal, therefore there was a problem with the tactics...and that problem needs to be fixed!

David Moyes' pre match comments told me that he was desperate not to lose the game first and foremost, his caution led to an unimaginative display. The goal in the last minute was a huge added bonus, he never went to Bolton searching for all three points, he went there hell bent on avoiding defeat, and subsequently, the quality of our play suffered as a result.

I can't blame the tactics to be honest. I have before but I can't of late.

Moyes played with two strikers and 4 attacking midfielders who are all capable of retaining possession and playing good football. Sadly it was one of those games, we got sucked into playing the way Bolton do. That always happens at the Reebok.

Our shape and formation still needs work, we don't have the right blend but you can't say Moyes is being negative at the moment.
