He was mate,I think he was in the squad at Wembley,don't think he was sub,I think that was Harper,might be wrong.

I'm not sure how the medals work, then and now actually, but I'm guessing he may have played in one of the early rounds so he could be classed as being an FA Cup winner at least by todays rules?

I'm guessing that squad players today get a medal even if they don't play in the final itself? I may be completely wrong on that mind I've never looked up the rules on it.
