BLACKPOOL IT IS THEN

Had a bit of a hamstring prob so didn`t play on tuesday against Donny.
I would like to think that Ollie will put out a really strong side against you,but I have my doubts with us playing West Ham in a BIG match just 3 days later.
I hope Matty starts though as the wide open spaces and good surface at Goodison should suit him.
Prepare to be outsung by 6,000 seasiders lads(y)

We get outsung by 17 fulham fans ffs, anyway we dont sing we shout!

2-0 Everton

Want to have a decent look at Matt Phillips i think he is a player.

Very much this. Massive talent, I reckon he'll shine in the Prem next season with a full year's football behind him.

Looking forward to my first trip to Goodison in beards tomorrow.

I live and work in Blackpool and I've had to listen to Blackpool fans talk about how confident they are. Monday will be hell if we don't beat these.

Surely we will have too much for them. They will come and play an open game which means that we will have all the posession in midfield. Fellaini will completely boss it. I hope Drenthe plays as well because he will rip Blackpool apart.

Put 4-0 in prediction league. Whenever we play lower league opposition I always put a thrashing down, I'm yet to be correct.

Going to be near enough a sell out. Can't wait to see the Old Lady full again. Doesn't happen nearly enough these days.

If I take off the Tangerine tinted specs and I`m totally honest personally I think Everton will win.:(
A few reasons why....
1.You have nowt to play for apart from the FA Cup so Moyes will be banking on this 'saving' your season.
Also he was at Hillsborough for our replay to run the rule over the teams. If he wasn`t interested he wouldn`t have been there, but sent a scout or club rep instead.
2.Ollie is caught between a rock and a hard place. I think in his heart he wants a really good Cup run this year(as I do!)...but his head tells him the West Ham game 3 days later is FAR more important to the club. With this in mind I think he may 'split' the team between genuine first teamers and fringe players. Everton won`t do this and will play their strongest eleven,I`m convinced of that. We haven`t reached the quarter final of the FA Cup since 1959-60 season and like a lot of fans I`m desperate for us to break that hoodoo. It`s just whether Ollie feels as desperate as we the fans do!
3.Moyes and Everton probably know that we won`t want a replay, as we are now into the business end of the season. Therefore Everton can afford to sit back and play it like an away game and hit us on the break, knowing we will be going for it.
4.Unfortunately(for us!)Everton have just hit a good run of form and with the return of Coleman, the emergence of big phsical striker Starcqualursi and it being Donovan`s last match for you the game has come at a bad time for us!:(
We do have a gamblers chance though, as we will no doubt come with all guns blazing.
I think we will either get hammered,lose narrowly,or win narrowly.Obviously I`m hoping the latter!(y)

Satsuma, this is our last game this month so I am pretty sure we'll field the strongest possible team. Best of luck to Blackpool. I hope it's an entertaining game.

Yeh I`m sure you will mate. It`s kind of ironic though that the underdog(us!)will probably be playing an under-strength team, whereas the favourites(you!) will almost certainly play your strongest eleven!:o
We played midweek at Doncaster and will play again 3 days after tomorrow in what is a HUGE game for us.
You by comparison have had a nice long rest this week and will get another nice long rest before the next game.:(
I`m hoping Ollie doesn`t bottle it tomorrow though and goes for the jugular. Playing Lua lua,Phillips(Matt),and Bednar, with Gary Taylor-Fletcher tucked in behind.
We will need someone to get tight on Donovan and stop him dictating things for you and probably bring back big Ian Evatt at centreback to try and cope with Stracqualursi,as I think the rest of our defence will really struggle with his physical presence.
Super Kev on the bench to come on after an hour if things aren`t looking good!(y)

Edit to add: Just noticed another thread on here that says Donovan is out with flu! If that is correct and not mind games from Moyes then (sorry!) that is excellent news...for us!:)
