Not sure anyone is overtaking us. Can't see us outside of top 7. hope we can push on if spuds or arse struggle. We nowhere near top 4 though it will take a collapse in one of that top 6 group for us to push through. AV, Bolton, Newcastle, Sunderland, Fulham....not too worried about any off them unless they get off to an absolute flyer and we don't.

Wouldn't be shocked to see us pull a rabbit out of the hat and finish top 4 but I equally wouldn't be shocked to see us deep in a relegation battle.

Hopefully with 'tets gone Rodders and Bily can step up. And hopefully Drenthe is the shizzle, falls in love with Everton and signs a proper contract. And hopefully Denis doesn't kill anyone. He looks like a serial killer, to be honest.

That's the silver lining I'm clinging to like. If Drenthe and Denis are the players who can make the 4-5-1 work then it could be the making of us, because it's clear Moyes won't change his formations to suit the players so changing the player is our best hope.

And I do trust Moyes to get us going when our backs are against the wall.

Phils been working out these last few days. Developing his arm muscles. Thats why Moyes tied him down to a new contract. He can throw a ball more accuratley than he can kick it!
