Why don't you just use your eyes and look at how the club has declined since he has been on board. And how he's got into bed with dodgy characters like Chris Samuelson and Philip Green to stay at the top of the club, lied about Kings Dock money being ringfenced, about Chris Samuelson's cheque being in the post the next day, about not knowing what other operating costs are, about Goodison being about to fail its safety certificate. Etc.

Exactly, it doesn't take much investigation.

One of the largest and most successful English football clubs has been in the longest period of sustained decline since its formation. One man has been at the helm of the board throughout, and he also happens to be the one person who has profited the most financially and in public profile during this period. Put hee-haw in and took a king's (dock) ransom out.

I don't think he ever actually worked with Kenwright mate, just worked in the same industry for many years and their paths crossed. He has been around since the days of Kipper with his BK stuff.

He will find a way though, I have said for many years that I think he is one of the biggest conmen in the game. Even if he just turns up at away games Bill will still go to games as he thinks Everton belongs to him sadly.

He'll resign (if not pushed out sooner) the minute it looks like relegation is going to happen.

He'll try and blag his way then by saying he wasn't part of it and it's not his fault. I don't believe for a second he'd be there to oversee it and put his hands up and admit how much blame should be apportioned to him

For me, he can protest his lack of responsibility as much as he likes. It does not wash. He has been Chairman for 19 years and in the role, he is supposed to ensure that the club is properly run and the necessary resources are available to deliver the club's objectives.
There is no way he can provide any evidence that this has taken place. We have spent the duration of his tenure wheeling and dealing at the limits of probity and good governance.(Vibrac, Philip Green etc)
If he had the dignity to examine his contribution, he would be gone. Instead he has surrounded himself with a cadre of hangers on and loyalists to watch his back. Whilst so doing he has failed to bring in people with the right skills mix to advise, choosing instead to massage his ego.

He is a busted flush and it is a question of not if but when?

I don't go along with nasty vile descriptions of Kenwright from people who like me don't know him at all. What is indisputable however is that he has presided over our long decline and the sooner we see the back of him the better. We will never progress with him and one or two others running the show. Retire ASAP.

Firstly they chose to stay away from Goodison, it was their choice, headlock gate is nothing more than a tool to throw loyal fans under a bus..No Proof and you will always get idiot fans on line doing threats, comes with the territory I'm afraid and I don't agree with it, neither do most fans. Now answer me a question of two, do you think the Chairman and board are doing a good job for our club ? Secondly do you think they should be replaced by professionals who are fit for purpose ?
