I'd probably go Bilic. I remember thinking we signed a worldly after watching him for West Ham. Classy ball playing hard as nails centre back. They don't come along very often. He got his big move and just couldn't be arsed. Shame.

Paul Wilkinson. Scored a fantastic header for Grimsby in 89th minute of league cup tie against us. We signed him the next week and he was possibly the worst striker I ever saw play for us - including Brett angell !

Bob The Pole. I remember him being ace on his debut, and I've always loved wingers (I can thank Tricky Trev for that.) It all went downhill for Bob after his debut.
