Bigger Challenge?

Everton face a huge rebuild but has a core of experienced first teamers to build around.

Promoted teams have bigger squads to build from, but are mostly new to the Premier League.

Both need to spend big to survive the coming season. But which is the bigger challenge?

EFC's obviously: ours is a 3, 4, 5+ yr task and any failure could result in a snakes and ladders slider back to Sq 1 to start again

Promoted Clubs just have to not get relegated

Honest opinion and took a while to think of an explanation of what I have observed, but ….Of all the premier pre-season games I’ve watched, it’s only Everton who appear to be on an end of season tour rather than preparing for a new season. We just don’t seem to be progressing or working towards anything.

If the league kicked off right now, I couldn’t say I’d be confident of getting a result regardless of which team we were playing.

We struggled last year, and as it stands, we are no better and really in a worse condition now than we were then.

So yea, Everton have the biggest challenge.
But then again, I think Sunderland have a tough task as well.
Wolves don’t look the same, and Burnley and Leeds look like they have a bit more bite to them. Throw West Ham in that bunch and the bottom 3 will come from those 6.
