Start Vic (if he wasn't ill) Show the team that hard work will be rewarded, and a small reminder to Jelavic that he can't slack off at all this season

I can't remember who or why! Can you?

Yah. Think it was someone selling a ticket, and I THINK it was somuchfun who replied " how much for the pair"...

Jelavic, but would like to see them both against weaker teams, they could be a handful tougheter like Ba and Cisse for Newcastle

Personally Id play both, with Pienaar on the left, Mirallas on the right.

Anichebe plays well when he is passed the ball to his feet, and with Jelavic, Pienaar, Mirallas and Fellaini in the team I think he would be great. Plus he doesn't deserve to be dropped - If it aint broke don't fix it!

Vic is sick, but what about playing both of them and dropping Felli back into midfield....

Now, there's a thought. 2 strikers, a midfield beast, and 2 wingers - one tricky as [Poor language removed] and the other a ronaldo-esque powerhouse

I would start Big Vic as long as his fit. He's played some really good Football lately so doesn't deserve to be dropped. We all know he has confidence issues so dropping him after he gets some really good form going won't don't him any well.

We don't want Vic getting sulky and I think he would if he was dropped. If he's sick it takes away the problem.

It's early days, I know, but Jelavic hasn't been as sharp as he was last season. He needs a goal or two and this could be the day for it.

Jelavic. Even when he doesnt score he still contributes an awful lot to the team. Take the United game for example, he took Vidic out of the game to allow Fellaini to bully Carrick. His link up play is superb also, he's just boss.
Also, Southampton are massively gash at the back so i can see similar chances being created like last week at Swansea and i think we all said that if Jelavic was there last Saturday we would of buried so many more.
