Sorry to resurrect a dormant thread, but I just wanted to say thank you to the OP. If it wasn't for this thread I might never have known about this book - it went straight on my wish list and the other half got me one of the signed limited editions ('84 FA Cup) for my birthday.

Anyway, I've just finished it and it's a fantastic read. I thoroughly recommend it to everyone - the obvious passion this man has for Everton is awe-inspiring, and makes me wonder why there isn't a role for him at the club.
