Just read that article. Good stuff from a thoughtful and humane man. Always liked Big Nev as a player and like him even more now.
Shame he couldn’t be involved with the club in some position. But he’s probably too busy anyway. Even at 62 he’s still eager to learn about new things and people.

No doubt in my mind we had the best goalie in Europe playing for our golden generation back in the day(80's)

Only Walter Zenga(long time italian international goalie) could come any where near our Big Nev.....He's known as "Big Nev" not because of his size he was/is actually not much taller than Jordan.P...but built like a brick out-house..

"Big" on reputation and ability.......Boy we were lucky to have him!
