The problem at Everton is not current. It’s a problem that’s ingrained in our post 1980’s fabric. The top end of the EPL and Everton are like poles of a magnet - intrinsically bonded together but constantly repelling each other.

We need a thorough root and branch review and I imagine that’s what Brands is here for. Changing managers just adds to the instability and whilst there’s danger in keeping a poorly performing manager and squad there’s equally as much danger in jettisoning them every 6-12months.

Car crashes like this need proper investigation before any measures are introduced....you don’t just whack a new tyre on and speed off again in the same direction.

I don’t know the answer to relieving the situation, but I do know this is not a Marco Silva thing.....is Everton, and we should all know better than believing a simple change of manager will drain away the shitpot we’re currently paddling in down to its golden foundations.

I’m a Leeds fan I commented on the other thread but just noticed this one. I’m in no way saying Everton aren’t an attractive proposition they are. I’m not saying Leeds are a more attractive proposition they aren’t. But bielsa isn’t the type to walk out on 1 team for another. A) he doesn’t like taking over teams mid season as they aren’t fit enough for his methods b) the way he is he isn’t bothered about more Money etc he’s just spent 3 million of his own money on building his old team in Argentina newells old boys a brand new training centre, he’s not motivated what you’d usually see it’s a project to him. If you ever hear him speak he’s philosophical he doesn’t look for an out like silva did from Watford
He's doing well at Leeds and will stay there.

At 63 years old moshiri is clearly planning a manager for the future, who can be here for years and build something. Not. Complete joke this club

Once again just seems to flutter his eyes at a manager who’s won a few games in a row rather than properly researching a manager who over a long period has been successful

I doubt they have even considering him. Poor journalism linking a manager from one big club to another to sell papers. No chance Everton would want him and No chance he would want us at this time.

Big swerve from me. Need to go British for me and if we are going up and coming I am getting interested in the idea of Lampard.

Don't let it wind you up, this story has no substance and is purely media speculation to ramp up the 'will Silva be sacked' poo storm that is hovering over us, there is nothing in this link atall
