Best way to take a penalty ?

This + pick a corner and stick to it.
Keepers can dive but they can't fly, therefore they're always going towards the ground.
So about 3ft high and a foot inside the post gives you a reasonable margin of error...and the Blammo takes care of the rest.

You've got to do a Razor Ruddock really.

Obviously postage stamp is virtually unstoppable, but it's easy to get wrong / mis-direct the ball and it goes over, etc. Panenka is gorgeous but so difficult to master, plus if the keeper stays still you look like a bell. Side-footed into a corner is imo safer than postage stamp, but goalkeepers with a big reach, if they guess the right way, can save these.

Absolutely belting it full force just off-centre is the best way!

Just seen that Ronaldo has scored 113 penalties in his career. Have we even had that many in our entire history?

My son is a goalkeeper and has played at a good level. He has been involved in nine penalty shoot outs and never lost. He always said that if you can get the penalty taken to make eye contact you can generally work out which way they will go. That and the way the taker shapes his body on the run up.
Recently I was watching him play in a GAA match, his team were a point up with only seconds to go when the opposition were awarded a penalty which he saved. Talking afterwards he said he knew he would save it because of the pressure the taker was under to score.
When I played I always volunteered to take the first penalty, I took the first in a cup final. When everyone was standing about looking at the ground I spoke up and said give me the ball, I'll go first. Luckily I scored and we won, In his speech after the match the manager waxed lyrical about me leading the way by example. I later explained my logic, I was depending on someone else missing if I missed, if you miss 4 or 5 then you are more to blame. I'd rather miss the first than the last.
