Best pub to drink at after the game?

Even though it's the opposite way to where I end up (town) it's always back to The Black Horse first.

Mainly because its far, far easier to flag a cab an hour after the match than on the main strip.

(particularly as the evenings get longer and you can sit out in the beer garden. To be honest sometimes it's hard to leave to go to the match in the first place lol)

After threatening for the last 15 years or more never again to go to an Anfield derby I have finally gone through with it. Thing is, I can't watch it on the telly at home for fear of frightening the family. But I don't want to watch it at a local pub since there'll inevitably be a strong contingent of RS despite them being at home ("we can't get hold of any tickets"). So I'm thinking of getting up to Goodison and watching it in the company of fellow Blues only. I have it in mind that in the past some of the pubs in the immediate GP area have operated a ticketing approach to entry. Is this still the case?

Not to my knowledge, if it’s on Sky why would you? Is it on Sky?
