Best Game So Far?

In terms of performance, we were outstanding bar 15 or so minutes against Arsenal, and if we'd have been 2 or 3 up by halftime no one could have begrudged us that.

But in terms of the feeling generated by the game, performance and result I can't look past he United game. A true watershed moment for the fans, the team and a huge shadow lifted from our new manager. Hopefully in a couple of years, that'll be the night we all talk about as where it all started again.

My favourite game would have to be Man United on Wednesday as i've never seen us beat them away. But performance wise it was yesterday.

It's funny how things can instantly change in football though. I remember walking out of the ground at Cardiff after yet another disappointing draw and it felt like our away form would always hold us back. Then Martinez brought Lukaku, McCarthy and Barry in. One of the major moments in the season was Barry's block against Chelsea. That was instrumental in the win against them and since then we haven't looked back. I actually enjoy the aways now as well. We've had some great ones since Cardiff - West Ham, Villa (last 20 minutes), Man United and now Arsenal. Hopefully we will get even better.

...OT and Emirates are stand outs, but the win at West Ham was great because I watched it in the ale house with rs fans watching their home game against Soton. Never seen more than half a pub of blokes in replica red shirts empty so quickly.

West Ham away was great, Arsenal when we equalised was mad too.

But it's hard to look past beating United at Old Trafford, for the first time in my lifetime.

I think someone has posted something similar, but I digress:

United - Best result/scenes/limbs everywhere
RS - Most exciting

Some truly ace footballing displays too, Newcastle 1st half, Arsenal, Stoke...

Man Utd away for me, first time in my lifetime we won at OT.

Two other games deserve honourable mentions though:
Stoke at home because we smashed a team notorious for ****ty hoofball with beautiful football.
Chelsea at home because that game truly got the Martinez era going

Old Trafford , 86th minute, one full back scoring the winner , the other celebrating on the six yard box . Has any side in history ever been able to claim that .
My football highlight full stop

Old Trafford for the pure joy of it, but for long term meaning that performance against Arsenal was out of this world.
