Love Besiktas - when I lived in Istanbul they were my time and I went to loads games in the League and Champions League. I chose them over the other more popular teams because Daniel Amokachi played for them. Still have my old shirt with Letchkov 6 on the back.

Got a Besiktas shirt somewhere, the one game I went too was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had

I saw them play - I think - Helsingborg and lose. I had to be shepherded out in a ring of my Turkish mates who were all shouting "English not Swedsh" as people wanted to lynch me. I was terrified and swerved Euro games after that.

When I went they played a team that were bottom of the league and drew 0-0 and I thought there was going to be riot especially when the other team hit the post in the last second. Would hate to think what it would be like when they actually do lose

On the flip side I saw them beat both Galatasary and Fernebache and it was the most insane atmosphere ever. Turkish girls are boss too.

I went to watch the blues against fenerbahce in 2005 at the ataturk stadium, there was about 20 blues there altogether and about 45,000 fenerbahce fans, i was not too concerned with our 5-0 defeat as i dont think we would have survived to tell the tale had we won

Hey guys!! Do any of you who know where it's able to by besiktas tickets?? My class and i are going to Istanbul next year, and we are some boys hoping to get to see Besiktas vs Fenerbahce. And i have been looking everywhere but i can't find any place :/

tickets selling by a company named as biletix but its bit impossible to get for derby games.Blackmarket is other option but costs lot on the other hand if you wanna travel on ship other side of istanbul inside a ship full of fenerbahce fans just p.m. me before you go istanbul. anyway hope to enjoy to city

As if your school is allowing that to happen.

You will be in bed by 12 o clock or you will have to go around the town with the teachers the next day as punishment, so they're defo not letting you go that match.

I'm from denmark, and luckely we are allowed a bit more. May even get to drink a few, or a lot of, beers with the teacher, who btw also wants to watch the game!

Ha fair play mate.

I'm only saying coz of a school trip to germany I had when I was 16. We were allowed out on the town one night but had to be in bed by 12. Me and my mate got utterly destroyed and didn't get in till about 4 and had to walk around frieburg with the teachers the next day for being naughty :'(
