Apparently left the game on crutches

Sounds like ligament damage.

He left on these:

I was a bit surprised at that,if its the injury i thought, expected him to be carried off myself,
After a posterior cruciate ligament damage i walked home. 4km. Its only later in the evening that the pain got me. A week later i did a 10 km walk. Running was only possible after 2 month. Diagnose only 1 week after accident No operation . Wasnt available in the late 70s here in Luxembourg. Did have a cast for 3 weeks but only a week after the accident. So it is well possible to walk with cruciate ligament damage!

Hope hes not out too long but would be shocked if its not a 6-8 week lay off at minimum.

Nightmare when players go down unchallenged.
Echo reckon its his knee which isnt good - knowing our luck he'll have done his ligaments.

Hopefully its just slight damage which is weeks rather than months.

I’m sure you love it when things go wrong for this club, you almost will it to happen so you can then gloat and moan at the same time

proper strange lad you

It is a shame he got hurt because I think we might have been able to create a real attacking understanding between him, Iwobi, Walcott and Richarlison. Now we are going back to Sigurdsson at #10 in all likelihood and I just can't see that suddenly working.

Edit: Shame it had to happen like it did today, but he's up to 10 months without an assist. In case anyone was starting to think that he's a long term starter at LW.

How exactly am I gloating?

If thats gloating basically I am unable to comment on anything.

Proper strange comment but then you've become another on here obsessed with me.

Odd behaviour I honestly couldn't be arsed spending my time chasing a random around a discussion forum - nothing better to do?

Depends on person and severity of injury. I ruptured my ACL playing 5aside and the pain was excruciating. I was on crutches for 9 months, either side of a debridement operation and had 9 months of Hydrotherapy and 18 months of physio. I was unable to have a reconstructed ACL because my leg wouldn't straighten, so I still suffer over 2 1/2 years after the injury.
