Thought Bernard done well today, he tires a little second half but he is calm on the ball when needed and happy to get it in confined spaces, something we have lacked for a long time and now we have Bernard and Gomes who are both happy to receive the ball and look to play their way out rather than hoofing it.

Lookman should challenge Walcott IMO. Bernard is adjusting and got that X in him.

When he settles in fully I think he'll be a cracker for us. He just needs to grow his legs a little longer so he can connect with the ball when in front of the goal

Played well enough. It's all coming together still for him. The lad has played 8 games now since March, in a totally new league.

If Sigurdsson is injured I would play him at 10 move Richarlison to LW and bring Tosun back in. The miss was poor but all players have them moments and he is a big improvement on the players we had last season.
