How many non EU players can play again?

In the Premier League there is no limit like Spain. The limit is that you have to have a certain number of home grown players in the squad that gets registered. Once you meet that number you can fill the rest however you like

I have no idea how this guy is. So can anyone tell me how he is going to fit into the starting 11? I thought our starting wingers were sorted? Who is dropping out or how isn’t to be shuffled?

Don't know a whole heap about him, but remember seeing him in the Brazil world cup in his early 20's 4 years back.

Played on the left wing as a sub, was really popular with the Brazilian fans for some reason (might have bee playing at the stadium of his old club?) seemed VERY fast and über skillful. But very small and slight.

Heard he can also play in the middle and on the right, so no idea where he fits into our team...

We can name 25 players , 8 of which must be home grown from Academys , u 21 don’t count so in theory you can have 17 “ foreigners” I don’t believe we distinguish non EU like other leagues.

Two years ago he went from being lightweight to really maturing physically and is incredibly hard to knock off the ball now.
