Some did.

Others were on his back from day one, some were warned over using inflammatory language and inappropriate terms towards him before the season had even begun.

The Raffa Era is over now but the fans have to realise if they dish abuse oot they have to accept when they get it back.

Football fans by nature are extremely precious.
They were probably on his back from day one because it was clear he was gonna be crap

Even when the results were good in the first month, the style of play was built on nothing substantial. Every number backed that up.

He was a horrendous choice for us.

Your boy here throwing out the #YNWA @ForeverBlue92 @4737carlin

Once a kopite pig always a kopite pig

Pig is too kind a word for him.

We said from the start he would take us down and he may still achieve it.

Shameful anyone who facilitated this by supporting him to the worst run in our club’s history.

We won’t forget who you are.

Style of play? We won the first home game 3 1, the only style that matters is one that gives you three points, plenty moaned that day, it's was clearly not the result some hoped for and that set the tone for the coming months.

No, it's not.

It was based on nothing, and that showed as soon as the injuries hit and there was no plan to fall back on other than 'cross it'.

It's still an issue now. A lot of it is due to personnel but remember that Benitez insisted on getting in wingers rather than any midfielders too.

His approach worked in the mid-2000s, it doesn't work now.

You can bet that if we stay up, Lampard will be working on a style of play that is sustainable whoever is in the team. That's what good teams, in 2022, do. Because it means injuries or loss of form don't necessarily completely ruin your season.

O yeah for certain Lampard will have his own style, you can already see he is making changes, good signs ahead.
Main thing is we need a proper budget this summer, even if it comes from sales

It’s fine to congratulate a team but it just rubs me the wrong way because it’s Rafael and what happened this season. I didn’t see Moyes or Martinez or any previous Everton managers come out and congratulate liverpool.

It's because he's a horrible Kopite Gobshite. Not content with walking away with about 8m in compo plus leaving us deep in the crap, he simply can't help himself.

He’s within his right to congratulate them, Gary Lineker will probably congratulate Liverpool and he’s an Evertonian. It’s just the fact he bombed with us so hard that it was like he was agent Rafael this tweet feels almost sinister.

The fact remains that there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that while he was in charge of Everton he was an out and out kopite and i don't care what anyone says, it is impossible for one to want the other one to do boss. It played a part in how he destroyed the club and players as much as he could, whether consciously or subconsciously. That is why he should never have been hired, never mind that he was a washed up fatty waiter as well.

K'off Benitez.
