If you look at Celta's recent history apart from a purple patch season they have been on a steady decline.

They had a brief moment of good form but have started to revert back to being bottom feeders. That club will go down eventually if they cannot or choose not to back a manager with investment to improve their squad. Similiar story at our club in recent years.
