Amazing just how many young guns Arsenal have produced. We should just follow their scouts around, perhaps in packs and just before they approach the kid to sign him up we jump on the scout and pinch in before them.

Sounds like a plan for the ultras?

Sounds like Newcastle..

Don't think there will be much in the way of funds come January. Believe we blew our wad on Yak, so don't expect any quality signings in the window.

Ahh, nothing like the smell of fresh pessimism (y)

I think we might have a pound or two tucked away for possible use in January.

Being Danish I have seen quite a lot of this guy as he has been around the national side for about a year now. He is an immense talent, possibly the best striker Denmark has had since Preben Elkjaer in the 80s (anyone remember him?). Unfortunately all the noise about him being a primadonna are also true, he already reckons that he has a divine right to start even though our national coach prefers to play the Ajax-way with one main striker and two flying wingers. So far the first choice has been Tomasson - Rommedahl - Grønkjær (yeah I know all flops in the PL, but for the national side the play well). Bendtner has however scored frequently.

I would not like Bendtner at Everton and believe that all the strikers we have at the club are better - even Vic.

He is however a good player, but unless he starts to show some degree of humility he would never fit in with Arsenal or any other club.

Well that'll do for me GD, his head is too big but his ego is even bigger(y)

Correct - knee injury, he had a few seasons with Verona in Italy, in one of them finishing as top scorer in the Serie A and Verona winning the first and so far last Scudetto.

Bloody hell, the brain still works:lol:

Well not knowing so much about him, Im more inclined to go with Great D's assesment. But being in an older headed side like ours may do him good? I just dont like seeing such good talent sidelined by ego. Shame, but its up to him to 'pull his head in'!
