At 20 million with his age it is the type of signing we should be making.
Like Delap, he progresses the ball. We don't half need that, only NDiaye is capable of it in our squad.
For that reason alone, I'd really like us to sign him.
But don't expect it, because I can't see him digging in and forcing it, and Liverpool will prefer to sell to others.

He does, though not referring to general transition or progressing the play generally, just literally players who on receipt of the ball, capable to dribble/carry the ball with a bit of intent and pace.
Iwobi would drive me crazy but prior NDiaye, he was the last we had at it IMO.
