How much have QPR spent on players ? That's the biggest way of showing ambition in the modern game. Relatively they've shown more ambition than we have. Bill and the rest of them would probably be quite happy for us to tread water around the European places.

Not sure what your point is mate ? He pretty much states openly that he's interested in a move away from Newcastle precisely because they haven't won anything.

Having more money isn't the same thing as spending it.

Spending money on players is one of the most well known ways of trying to improve your league position and win trophies. QPR have spent loads, we've spent f*** all.

Fernandes has ambitions to take QPR from being a Championship side and make them a permanent member of the Premier League. That takes more ambition than sitting in 7th year on year and putting nothing into the club.
