Not a chance. Torres and ba are average players for a club like Chelsea wanting to win the league and CL. I'd imagine they need 3/4 strikers so can't see at 19 they would let lakaku go. And the other kid looks brilliant...they will keep him too. Chelsea will be challanging next year!
