Just have some thoughts about Moyes.... being a manager for Everton F.C. must be a more than a 8 hour-a-day job? Training the squad, looking for players to sign, negotiate contracts for new players, negotiate contract extensions, planning pre-season tour, pick XI for next match, decide how to handle injuries on key players, attend sponsor related arrangements, keep updated with the finance, show down talk with players, post-match interviews, traveling to away matches, looking after the training staff, talking to Bill....etc

Maybe anyone have some more in depth information?

He has said himself thats how it is in interviews. Not really sure what you are asking? I think you pretty much covered everything.

Moyes works 25 hours a day. Sounds impossible? Remember when you were a kid playing football and staying out in summer till dark when time seemed to fly by? Moyes lives for football, such is his dedication. No training, no prem side to analyse then it is into the car with the scouts and a game meaning nothing is watched to look out for new talent. It is this area where managers are made, when the Ronaldos of this world are noticed as rough diamonds and brought in to be clkeaned up for 12 mill and sold for 80 mill. Terry a youth. Lescott 6 mill. Managers are not just payed to be ahead of the game on the field (Moyes incredible use of 4-5-1) but also off the field in terms of picking up players and also throwing his weight around at boardroom level to get his way. The perfect politicain gives his followers and his masters exactly what they want and never gets caught.
