Everton are planning a bid for Sheffield Wednesday defender Mark Beevers.
The Mirror says the 18 year-old is rated at £1 million by the Owls. Boss Brian Laws wants to keep the centre-back, but needs cash for new players.

Thing is, This has come from the 'anti-christ' trible football.

not heard of him... but we do seem to be using a scatter gun policy on youth from the lower leagues.

i bet that was outlined by moyes to the board in the next stage of his 5 year plan.

sure.. but cahill and lescott we both mid twenties.

i mean we seem to be interested in buying a lot of teenage talent from lower divisions. lets hope one or two of them become good players for the first team.

Yep your right their, looking for the future. To buy the finished artical costs 15m+, The rough dimond only a few mil. The boss has it right.

He lives in penistone and knocks about with my mates son apparently a great prospect who is playing every week at the moment.
He got put on a 3 year contract last year after liverpool were sniffing around.
My mate isn,t saying much but i gather there are a few premier clubs looking at him.
