I love Hinky Punk as it's got a really good flavour, smooth as you said and also at 4.1% it's not much over being a session ale. I've missed local ales!

Would you like me to speak to a contact of mine and book an ambulance in for you both? Two weeks ago, I had five pints and the next day wasn't pleasant.

My wife wouldn't actually believe me when I kept reiterating the next day that it was only five pints.

I had 6 last night and feel surprisingly okay !

Are you still drunk? I've found that my stomach is struggling to adapt to cask rather than bottles, with a few more rumbles the next day.

I had a load of water in anticipation before I went to bed, so. I think that’s helped.

It was good to see all the old boys back in the pub too. They seem to have been some of the most stoic throughout all this.

That's quite special. Think the most potent I've troubled is possibly Guldendraak, a mere 10.5%. Maybe 12% in the form of some other obscure brew which tasted like smoked bacon. Hazy night, so unsure

Dos Equis w/Lime is terrific, as is Modelo and Tecate. Sometimes it just hits the spot!

Yeah, it was a bit past its 'best by' date, but I think the ABV kept it preserved!
