A single solitary bottle of Fosters, my 6 year old daughter drove me to it.

I've got a 6 year bottle old of red to drink as a result.

what are the most common brands over there in England? or in your country in Europe?

what are the most common brands over there in England? or in your country in Europe?

In the UK real ale's are very varied by pub and brewery, but lagers are pretty standard in regular bars; Foster's, Heineken, Amstel (Increasingly), Kronenburg, Carling are all pretty common. Guinness is ubiquitous.

Decided to try something new. Bought 8, pint sized cans of ' steel reserve 211 '... whatever that is. 8.1%

Not bad for $1.70 a can... ( a quid)

On number 6 and for my size, im incredibly weak. Im half cut. Doing ok typing this.

I was sat in my back garden yesterday, Bob Marley on the stereo, lad playing in the paddling pool, BBQ heating up, drinking Original Red Stripe, Jamaican brew not the English brewed. Seriously could of been on holiday.



Finished my evening on Rocheforte 10. A beautiful, dark smooth Belgian Ale

Our boss local offy's going full on for Oktoberfest, first up Hofbräu, right on the edge of a wheat beer, 6.3, top beer.

Lads, this one's a hell of ting; Helles Schlenkerla Lager, aged in caves under the brewery apparently, slightly smokey on first taste and then a little burnt caramel, on the finish. Crackin' Deutsche beer. Bag it if you see it!

oh reporting a couple weeks late, but for one afternoon had the single best beer in all of Paraguay. my friend was visiting with his wife and daughter to see her family, brought me a Stone Brewing "Drink By" IPA.

So fresh. So hoppy. So awesome.
