I actually get the synthetic part, but in terms of standard I think there plum porter is the bar for most others.

i had very high hopes for this but sadly it fell a bit short - 'The base of this beer is our 2019 Cuvée blend. We further aged a portion on Pinot Noir grape skins from our friends at Westwell wines, both in tank and ex-cognac puncheon. Bright and spritzy with an abundance of raspberry notes to transport you to sunny climes.'

i'd hoping to run half marathon tomorrow so maybe its worth it

Titanic First Class - 3.8%

Loads of taste for quite a low strength traditional beer.

Great beer that, used to drink it in the Dispensery.

Has anyone off here ever ordered off the "Beers Of Europe" website? Based in Norfolk i believe but i just wondered if they were reliable for delivery up here, etc. as there is quite a few beers on there that are difficult to source locally.

This is tidy as well, quite a creamy vanilla style, not fizzy and sour like a lot of wheat beers. Gonna get a few more of 'em tomorrow

The boozer in Wolverhampton has got Peerless Oatmeal Stout and the fantastic Knee-Buckler IPA on draught, Up The Birko Brewers .( I’m drinking the local stuff).

That’s a nice one. Used to enjoy those when I lived in Germany

3 hours in at the beer festival in Hulme Hall, that point where you’re kidding yourself that you can still taste the difference. Might have to go on to pints

If I was not abstaining I'd have been there. I have not managed to look at/find the beer list for it but would be interested to see it.
