Beer, revisited

These are the only cans to take beer from....

Very tidy, no frills malty bitter this one, quite high ABV at 5%.

Invested in a Krups sub machine on Wednesday, having first couple of pints out of it tonight so far so good. Bit of a novelty item as it’s quite expensive per pint but it’s going down well!

Beers in cans is much more common again these days and it's not the same as it used to be.

It’s the sheer range of beers that’s hard to get your head around these days. Micro breweries seem to be popping up by the day and giving us an almost impossible job of deciding what to drink...Fabulous isn’t it.....

So... as similarly happened with Beavertown over the summer, this shipment was missing a couple of cases, but the contents of one was sent by mistake. One of the two turned up a couple of days later. So I was down a mixed case of cans, but up a mixed case of bottles. Got in touch, they were very apologetic, sent the cans through, arrived today:



I gave 'em a shout to say thanks, and what should I do with the case of bottles, shall I send them back? They said, nah... enjoy them on us.

Edit: Almonds/Bakewell Tart as well, bloody lovely this.

Just picked the up, and I admit fully because the can design is dope! And it's also quite delicious, much more of a summer beer but I had to pop one open:

Easy drinking stout from one of my local houses, slightly bitter dark chocolate flavours with a hint of liquorice.

Looking forward to seeing some interesting entries in this thread over the next couple of weeks

Picked up some cool beer mats today in town.
