I remember thinking anyone but Martinez. I wanted Pereira or Laudrup. I didn't watch Martinez press conference. I thought we would be lucky to come in the top half after the first 3 games.

I wasn't sure what to expect. The players were (and are) too good to go down and I knew we weren't gonna randomly challenge for the title. Something told me he'd be a better manager than Moyes but that it would take some time. I expected this type of season next year or the year after, but I think now we all know that if things fall our way Bobby could be very special for us.

Don't even start with threads like this.

I was the only one who called for Roberto years ago, nailed Moyes 300 years ago and ripped into those lickspittle bandwagoners calling for some nobs from the Algarve and Argentina.

My judgement is second to none. KNEEL YOU LEATHERS!!

Waiter..... bring me the biggest slice of humble pie you can find and I will take on that [Poor language removed] from man v food !!!!!! Bobby will always get first crack at my wife for 2 reasons.... for making us believe we can win every game with a smile on our face, and 2ndly for the fact i doubted him.

We have played amazing at times this season, United away, Arsenal home, Chelsea home, ...

Bobby will continue this if he is supported financially, if he doesnt then he will still and play a brand of football which he believes is the right kind to progress.

Tongue firmly in cheek mate.

Don't know if I posted on here but certainly on Toffeeweb to much scorn I might add. But true to say I followed him after seeing his Swansea side but in all honesty loads in the game rated him hence the Villa and Liverpool approaches.

It all gets a bit "sheeple" on the web so you get these out of kilter ideas on forums, just the way it is.

Im just saying mate, hes won nowt and personally I think we should be looking to get shut.
