If you keep substituting your striker he will never build up any confidence, no matter which of the two you put up there.

Having said that, I would go for Barry. The kid is still young and will only improve with gametime. He is rated by some serious people and did quite good at Villareal last season. Beto works hard but has no clue how to actually play football...

The other option is to put Ndiaye up front and Dibling at RW. Then give the three op top the freedom to move around a lot. Would love to see that.

I think he made the wrong choice going back across the keeper but that’s nitpicking. He attacked it brilliantly.

We will lose ganes if Barry plays. He offering nothing in this team.

I don’t think we’ll see Barry starting a game for quite some time now tbh. Looks lost.

And what does Beto do? There was a moment deep in the second half Beto's touch could set us up for a very good opportunity. But his touch was so bad he lost the ball and it actually became a chance for Palace.

Playing Beto is playing with 9 imo. He works his sockss off but just lacks quality.

He had to put all of the power on it and did well enough that we still scored as a result.

I wouldn't call it a sitter but then again I don't have a massive axe to grind against him.

We scored a winner from a save he nearly scored from. Did you watch the 2nd half. Miles better then passive Barry who got to step up quickly if he wants to start.
