Because this is probably the only Everton forum that would give you another chance - again.

Anyway do what you want, but you're banned, so either try and reason with the mods, or just go and don't stick around lurking.

the lad has a newborn and 2 other kids to look after as well as going to work, i'm sure he sees enough bickering without all this. also he wouldnt have forked out his wad on a new server if he had no intention of coming on. somethings do take precedence.

Well i have never called anyone a Mong, Pleb or Queg..my insult is normally ****...therefore it keeps the user guessing :) lol...and i havnt reported you or HB ever...so i dont stir 'sh!te' - merely strongly disagree quite often.

Just stop this madness before its too late.

ALL RIGHT! ENOUGH!

Halewood is banned. End of story, he has had NUMEROUS chances, yet he throws them all away. He messages GOT and asks to be let on and he will behave himself, so we agree to let him back.

He then takes our trust and throws it back in our face and reverts to the old ways. I have had enough of it, and evidently other members have as well, as they REPORT posts.

HB was not banned for reporting posts. He is banned because of his conduct on this forum. The forum is BIGGER THAN ONE PERSON. I am not going to make accomadations for 1 person at the expense of others.

Me and Danny pay money to run this forum so EVERTONIANS can have a place to 'hang out' on the internet. We don't do it for profit. All of the donations we have had, while greatly appreciated, still leave us both in the negative. We spend our money and our time on this place. It will not be undone by one or two individuals.

What people need to do is step back and REALIZE this is an internet forum, and not worth getting all emotional about.

And JohnC is not back, he is about to be banned, as the user at the other end of the keyboard is still banned.

I love this forum, and have great respect for many of the members on here, but there is one rule for one, and another rule for others. I have banned myself until parity is restored, which most likely wont happen! Most will say good riddance and wave a sarcastic goodbye, those willing to stand up and be counted would support me in knowing what is right.

Bit of advice mate, whack in a paragraph or two and maybe peeps could understand it more. No way I am Reading that.

...And i think most peoples 'wrongs' get noticed when the user REPORTS it. And everyones 'rights' go unnoticed :huh:
