Not condoning it but my point is to people believing these rumours (I know you don't) is why would Koeman get sacked or agree to mutual termination for goosing a secretary? Same way Rooney won't get sacked or any other player for having a fling, it's their personal life, can probably get a bollocking from the powers that be for it getting out to the public but how could they legally sack him over it?

Gross misconduct I would imagine.

I once worked at a place where this scenario actually happened, and the fella got the bullet in the end although it wasn't done via a public disciplinary procedure.

Personally I can't see that standing in a tribunal unless it was done on the companies property which I doubt. Everton will have to pay 12m at least to bin him off, results aside, I doubt they'd do that over him having an affair in his personal life with his PA

Sound mate. Prob just more rubbish rumours but read somewhere a few weeks ago before the bad form had set in, that the daggers were out for Koeman by a few at the club, and that Unsworth wasn't happy with how some of the u23s were being treated by Koeman.

Could well be. There's something badly wrong at the club and it goes beyond the first team and performances on the pitch.

Nope, the thread was about a comment Alan Brazil made. Was literally, after talking about the debacle on Thursday he said "I've heard some bad news will be coming out of Everton shortly, but I'm gonna leave it there."
I don't personally think it's sod all to do with the ramblings above, could be wrong though.
