Newcastle drawing cost my coupon today.

I'd still need Barca and Madrid to win tomorrow though.

I've not done the numbers but it would have easily been a few hundred quid.

Never, ever back Newcastle. I costly lesson learnt today.

I had 5euro on Beckford to score first, and my betting slip fell into the river going across the ridge, sick!!
 
think ive been chosen, just as i was by the blues, but this time with the sneaky leiscter city to bet on them and lose..
every time i put them in my bets they let me down no matter who there playing, theve lost that many
times ive even said to myself , not putting these on no more whats going on with them????????????
then the next couple of weeks there flying up the table winning games, its happend about 8 times not mesin
and its always been them letting me down so now im convinced ive been jinxed by leicster and will not be betting
on them no more, i wonder whos the next demon of these bets for me is? just use wait and see it will be them again
cant help myself but putting them in either.. something dodgy is going on.


£837 i would of had gutted.

Thats true, i had a 10er on Carsley in the 'Carsley' derby game at 33s and in the ensuing melee in the pub when he scored i lost my slip, went to the bookies afterwards n explained it and they asked what time i put it on roughly and to write it out again (a struggle after several bevvies), they paid me out! What a day it was, god bless William Hills!

You do know both them games are tonight and Barca already won dont you?
 
Arteta 4-1 v Hull - Rodwell goes and spoils it (over £150 I think)
Lescott 1-0 at Villa (he'd never scored for us before) - Agbonlawhore equalises with 8 mins to go (£3 at 175/1)
Cahill 1-0 at City this season (thanks Leighton) - £250 down the swanee
Everton to beat Fulham 4-2 (£5 at 50/1) - Fulham miss two open goals in the last few minutes (final score 4-1)

Last Thursday - Kiev, Citteh, RS to win and Rangers to lose.. thwarted by a last minute equaliser by Rangers.

On the other hand my lad was made up that El Mohamody saved it on the line as he did Beckford 2-0 in the ground plus he had a small wager on a red card in the Toon/Bolton game.

I always tend to put wildly optimistic bets on. One day it will pay out. Near misses include Blackpool 5-2, Hull 6-1 and Sunderland 3 years ago 6-1. For those wishing to save money don't put money on Brum beating Arsenal 2-1.
