This is easily one of the best things to eat on the planet. An the smell when it's cooking is second to none.

So then. Iv alway's ate normal backed bacon....

But iv now gone on to streaky bacon. Love the stuff, much more tasty for me.

SO what do you prefer...?????

All bacon is good bacon. It used to be all about the back, then I progressed to middle.

Now I tend to favour streaky too, and always smoked.

And always brown.

Danish, never ever over cooked. The fat should never go brown, that's the crucial indicator.
