I do believe we're aiming high as Moshiri isn't afraid to do so. Most targets will not be swayed by the project alone: Mourinho, Emmery, Monchi, Overmars? Some can be pursuaded by adding a much bigger wage: Koeman.
W - Holding out for his preferred Italian option. Only Juve left? Unclear if they're serious. Our best chance.
M - Second best chance. Something could happen near the deadline if he's unhappy with his role in the first games.
C - Looks like we'll have several for his position after Gueye signs. Highly unrealistic we'll spend another chunk of a more limited budget than first thought on him.

C- For 7m, from a relegated team, I can't see him being considered a shoe in for the starting 11. So if its not Carvalho it will be someone else.
K- Seems they are trying to force other peoples hands by confirming our bid, but unless Chelsea stump up the money we have offered he will join us. He has burnt a lot of bridges at Napoli by all accounts.

I was quite hopeful and a few 'ITK's' have stated that its very close, everything been agreed for him to sign but I think he's stringing us along for as long as he can to see if another team makes a move. Still think we will be discussing this next friday.
