I think Witsel has a history of pulling out of transfer deals. It would be stupid for Everton to give him what he wants, if it not in the interest of the Club. It won't be over a very small detail, if its fallen through. No point getting upset if he goes somewhere else. Chances are he doesn't really want to play for Everton anyway, just after the cash.
