I think the RS should be able to choose whether away goals count on a game by game basis...at full time, even in games that they aren't involved in, it seems like the fairest way to do it IMO and should ensure their safe passage thro the rounds

Imagine the size of the petition if they go out of a European tie after the ule is dropped, and if had of been still it in place thy would of won

I see what you mean - my thinking is if that a teams lost 2-1 away from home then won 1-0 at home over those legs, is it not the better team, having managed to somewhat negate the ‘home advantage’ in the first leg, while fully enforcing it in the second?

Makes sense in my head. Probably not so much in the wild.
